Payment Policy
-Your payment for all services is required in full 48 hours prior to the day of your appointment. Your credit card on file will be automatically charged up to 48 hours prior to your appointment.
-Your payment for HTMA, Gut Zoomer, Mycotoxins and other functional tests is required in full upon ordering the test online or in-person.
Appointment Booking Policy
-A valid credit card is required to hold appointment reservations.
Appointment Cancellation/No-Show/Late-Cancellation Policy
-Cancellations may be done via email/phone or directly in your client portal a minimum of 48 hours prior to your appointment time.
-Last minute cancellations and no-show will NOT qualify for a full/partial refund. Note that the only way to avoid being charged is to provide at a minimum a 48-hour cancellation notice via email or text message (support@ronitmornd.com or 214-264-0963).
-Arriving on time is important. If you are going to be 10 minutes late, your service will be modified to accommodate the time we have left in your appointment.
-At 15 minutes late we may need to reschedule your appointment. If this is the case, a $100 fee will be charged to your credit card.
-In the case of a pre-paid package of services, the missed appointment is forfeited.
Return Policy
-Consultations, packages, functional tests (such as HTMA, Gut Zoomer, Mycotoxins, etc):
Workshops:
-A workshop may be canceled and fully refunded up to 3 days in advance.
Speaking Engagements:
-A full payment for speaking engagements is required 30 days in advance.
-A speaking engagement may be canceled and fully refunded up to 21 days in advance.
Ronit Mor LLC reserve the right to change fees, policies and terms and conditions at its convenience as well as refuse service.

Return Policy

- There are no refunds issued on services that were already rendered.
- Once you order a functional test, a full refund (minus a 3.5% credit card processing service fee) may be issued within 48 hours of placing your order as long as you haven't submitted your lab sample to the lab yet. Refunds are not available once you submitted your lab sample or after 48 hours of placing your functional test orders.
