Jordan Salvador, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, FNP-C
Functional Nurse Practitioner
Jordan was born and raised in DFW, and after an exciting career in surgery, both as a surgical technologist and a registered nurse, she felt called to find a way to meet patients at the other end of the healthcare spectrum, before disease and illness led to a need for surgery or hospitalization.
She considers it an honor to walk alongside each individual on their unique journey to prevent disease, promote wellness, and support the body’s innate ability to heal itself.
Her personal practice philosophy is to joyfully meet you exactly where you are with an open mind and an open heart. She invites you to walk through her door confidently, knowing you are in a space that is free from any judgement and solely exists to help you in any way she can, in whatever way most aligns with your needs and preferences.
She is a firm believer that, as in the rest of life, nothing in medicine should be one-size-fits-all. She prefers to take an integrative approach to wellness, having medications play a ‘complementary’ role, instead of the other way around, all while keeping your personal values and goals as the guiding light for all treatment decisions, which will always be a joint effort.
She is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by both the American Nurses Credentialing Center and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with both her Master of Science in Nursing from Simmons University, and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Tech University.
Our bodies were designed to heal, and it is her great privilege to help you tap into the incredible power within you!
